A lifelong native Dallasite, Donovan Lord is a licensed REALTOR BROKER/Salesperson in Texas specializing in the North Dallas, WestHollow, Preston Hollow, Oak Lawn, Kessler Park, Garland, Plano, and Lakewood areas of Dallas.
Having gone to college at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, growing up in Dallas, living in Dallas, and working in Dallas, Donovan is a neighborhood expert. He is in a special position to sell real estate to investors and developers as he also has a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design as well as a Masters Degree in Architecture. . This allows Donovan to see beyond the mere facade but see the potential of a home which affords a home buyer or an investor with great income potential if and when they decide to sell their home - not to mention a little free design advice here and there as well!
